This policy applies to the elamoon.com website. ElaMoon's apps (Position Radar, NearSpeed) have their own privacy policies.

Contact form

When you send the form, the name, email, company (optional), topics, budget (optional) and message you enter, together with the page language, the time and your IP address, are stored on our server and forwarded to us by email so we can reply. The IP address is used only to limit abuse (spam).

This information is used only to reply to your request and to discuss a possible project; it is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with others. To have it deleted, write to info@elamoon.com.

Google Analytics

On this site, Google Analytics is used to measure visits only if you accept in the cookie banner. In that case Google stores cookies in your browser and collects usage data such as sections visited, device/browser information, approximate location (city/country) and button clicks. The content of the form is never sent to Google. If you decline, no analytics cookies are used. You can change your choice with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. Your language and cookie choice are stored only in your browser. No other cookies are used.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you can access, correct and delete your data. Contact info@elamoon.com.
